Terms & Conditions :
No food is allowed in the main hall. Live counters will be allowed only in open lawns. No fire crackers allowed inside the hall and the parking area. Base stands are compulsory for erecting tents. Making holes on the roads and garden is not allowed. Alcohol is not allowed inside minakshi conventions premises. power usage will be charged at 20/- per unit. ( generator usage @ 2000/- per hour) Permissions should be taken from the concerned authorities for audio speaker systems. Homam or any fire related puja is not allowed inside the hall. Deposit of Rs.35,000/- to be paid towards elec charges & damages. Amount will be refunded after deducting the elec charges and after checking the premises for any damages. Only our in-house Decorators will be allowed for decorations. Only our in-house Caterers will be allowed. In case the client wants to get the caterer of his choice, we will be charging Rs.35,000/- as facilitation charges . Rental Timing :We will be handing over the premises for 14 hrs total. it will handed over to the client 10 hrs before the muhurtam and till 4 hrs after the muhurtam. extra hours will be on chargeable basis subject to availability.
